Designing Your Reputation System was the best session I attended at last week’s IA Summit in Miami. Bryce Glass, the Interaction Design Lead for Yahoo’s Reputation Platform did a great job explaining what makes up successful web reputation systems. An audio recording of the sessions are supposed to be up on Boxes and Arrows sometime soon but the slides give you a good idea of what the presentation was about.
Very good. The next conference I attend will be one like AI Summit.
